Saldo e stralcio del 60% con Banca Ifis
Un nostro cliente, che per motivi di privacy indicheremo solamente con le iniziali (B.R.), ci ha contatto dopo aver ricevuto un atto di precetto e un atto di pignoramento da parte di Banca Ifis, per una posizione risalente a molti anni fa.
Il sig. B.R., in particolare, riceve in data 03/05/2022 atto di precetto per la somma complessiva di €. 58.750,00.
Il nostro cliente, dovendo già affrontare altre situazioni debitorie complesse, tra cui un pignoramento immobiliare, non poteva far fronte ad una simile cifra e chiedeva pertanto il nostro aiuto.
La vicenda del nostro cliente
L’atto di precetto prima, e il pignoramento subito dopo, in realtà non erano dovuti ad una situazione di indebitamento del sig. B.R., poiché questo debito non era stato contratto da lui personalmente. Il nostro cliente, infatti, come spesso accade, aveva molti anni prima firmato una fideiussione, ovvero aveva prestato garanzia personale, per un’altra persona.
Quest’ultima, senza peraltro comunicare mai nulla al sig. B.R., non aveva più pagato il finanziamento con la conseguenza che ha poi portato Banca Ifis ad agire esecutivamente verso il nostro cliente.
La soluzione: il saldo e stralcio
Il sig. B.R. dopo aver letto le nostre recensioni decise di contattarci raccontandoci la sua storia e la sua situazione personale.

Banca Ifis ha accettato di chiudere alla somma complessiva di €. 24.000,00, risultato eccezionale se si considera che tale somma è stata ulteriormente dilazionata in 43 rate.
